bypassing almost all of the insurance headaches. We help doctors grow their practice by matching them with new
cash-paying patients. Our platform complements your existing practice-management tools -- it provides a new way to
find, communicate with, and schedule in new cash-paying patients.
Who sets the prices?
The doctor sets their own pricing. MediXall's goal is to create a total transparent marketplace where doctors can set
their prices based on the care they provide. Doctors have the option to tweak their prices at any time, depending on
market conditions.
Can Doctors change prices on MediXall?
With MediXall, doctors set their own prices based on the care and procedures they provide. Because of this open
market, doctors may choose to raise or lower their prices.
How do patients find MediXall?
We do all the work! We target thousands of patients everyday across multiple marketing channels including social
media, digital advertising, search engines, and our referral network. We focus on patient acquisition so you only have
to worry about delivering exceptional care.
Does my practice qualify to join the program?
MediXall works exclusively with doctors focused on delivering great patient experiences. In order to qualify, your
practice is required to go through a vetting/credentialing process that evaluates the qualifications and practice
history of a healthcare provider. MediXall does not accept doctors with a history of malpractice.
How much does MediXall cost?
Our pricing model is simple: doctors only pay for new patients that receive care. MediXall charges a technology fee for
each new patient acquired through the platform. For our Early Adopters, we are waiving all the Activation and
On-boarding fees so there is no out-of-pocket costs to get started today.
How is MediXall different?
Our philosophy is to deliver value to your practice. Unlike other marketing services and solutions, MediXall does not
charge a recurring fee for its service. There are no time commitments and no hidden fees - you only pay for results. As
a MediXall Provider Network Member you will also have access to a growing toolkit of support services for establishing
and growing your business.
How fast can I get started on MediXall?
MediXall will review and submit applications for vetting/credentialing within 1 to 5 business days. Once your practice
has been approved to join, we will contact your office to schedule a meeting with your MediXall Client Success
Manager. After a brief orientation and profile setup, your practice will be ready to receive its first patient on MediXall.
How will my profile be displayed for a patient?
You will have the ability to customize your profile. You will be able to insert a headshot, company bio, and any other details you would like potential patients to see.
